Cookie policy

This cookie policy lists every cookie and browser storage item this website uses, what each one does, how long it lasts and how you can change your choice at any time.

What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. Local storage and session storage do a similar job: they let a website keep small settings in your browser. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab. Local storage stays until you clear it.

This website uses only what it needs to work, plus Google Analytics cookies if you allow them. We do not use advertising cookies.

Essential items (always on)

The website needs these items for security, for the chat and for the settings you choose. They are not used to track you.

Chat cookie: nsa_s

  • Set by: Nishita Solutions, when you send a message in the chat.
  • What it does: keeps your chat session together and confirms that a contact card comes from the same chat. It holds a random code, its times, the country our network reports for your connection and whether you accepted the chat notice. It never holds your name or your messages, and scripts on the page cannot read it.
  • How long: 30 minutes after your last message. Choosing "End and delete chat" removes it at once.

Your cookie choice

  • Where: local storage in your browser.
  • What it does: remembers whether you pressed "Accept analytics" or "Reject", with the date, the version of our cookie notice and a random code that is not linked to you.
  • How long: 365 days. After that, or when we add a new purpose or provider, we ask you again.

Theme setting

  • Where: local storage in your browser.
  • What it does: remembers whether you use the System, Light or Dark theme.
  • How long: until you clear your browser storage.

Motion check

  • Where: session storage in your browser.
  • What it does: notes whether animation runs smoothly on your device, so that the website can use lighter motion when it does not.
  • How long: until you close the tab.

Your cookie choice and the theme and motion check items stay in your browser. They are not sent to our server.

Security checks by Cloudflare

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. If it needs to check that a visit comes from a person and not an automated program, it may set its own short lived security cookie, used only for that check. Before a chat starts, Cloudflare Turnstile may also check technical signals such as your IP address and browser to block automated spam.

Analytics cookies (only if you allow them)

Google Analytics loads only after you press "Accept analytics". Before you choose, and if you press "Reject", no Google Analytics code runs and no Google Analytics cookie is set.

_ga

  • Set by: Google Analytics, for us.
  • What it does: tells one browser from another with a random number, so that we can count visits without knowing who you are.
  • How long: up to 12 months.

_ga_ followed by our measurement ID

  • Set by: Google Analytics, for us.
  • What it does: keeps track of your current visit, such as when it started and how many visits you have made.
  • How long: up to 12 months.

Google Analytics tells us which pages you visit, roughly which city you are in, what kind of device and browser you use, how fast pages load and which buttons you press. It does not receive your name, phone number or email. We have turned off its advertising features and Google signals. Google processes this data for us and deletes the detailed records after 2 months.

To learn how Google uses this information, see "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" at www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as "Reject" and do not show the cookie banner.

How to change your choice

Press "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page. It opens a short panel where you can accept or reject analytics cookies. Your new choice applies at once.

If you press "Reject" after accepting earlier, Google Analytics stops sending data and we delete its cookies from your browser.

You can also clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time. The website then forgets your settings and asks about analytics again.
