Privacy choices

You can ask us to:

• Send you a copy of the personal data we hold about you, with what we do with it and who we shared it with
• Correct, complete or update anything that is wrong or out of date
• Delete your data, except anything the law requires us to keep
• Stop using your data for a purpose you agreed to
• Let someone you name use these rights for you if you die or cannot act yourself

Tell us the phone number or email you used with us, so that we can find your data. Before we share or delete anything, we may send a code to that number or email to make sure it is you.

We acknowledge your request within 2 working days and complete it within 30 days.

If a law requires us to keep something for a minimum time and you ask us to delete it, we lock it, use it for nothing else and delete it when that time ends.

We do not keep a copy of your chat. It stays in your browser tab while the chat is open, and it is cleared when you close the tab or choose "End and delete chat". Messages that Google has already received are handled under Google's terms.

If you sent us your details through the contact card in the chat, ask us as above to see, correct or delete them.
